Use time window restrictions in case the person receiving your deliveries or stops is available at a specific time during the day. In this way, the optimizer will organize the plan that the vehicle must travel to comply with these established schedules.

Define the working hours of the vehicle

From Drivers (to apply to all future plans), or inside a plan (to only modify the data of that plan), by double clicking on the vehicle, you can change its working hours. For example, from 8:00 to 18:00.

Define the hours of stops

In the same way, by double-clicking, you can define one or more time windows in which your customers are available to receive the delivery. For example from 8:00 to 10:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00.

When no schedule is defined, it would mean that at any time the vehicle can do the stop or delivery.
