With our Notifications, you can keep your customers informed at all times about your PickUp & Deliveries plans. Thanks to the simplicity and efficiency of this system, you will be able to send all the necessary information to monitor the plan in full and in real-time.

How to communicate with your customers in a PickUp & Deliveries service

In the left sidebar, go to the Project settings tab, once there, choose the Planner fields option. In Constraints you will see several options: to activate the messaging in PickUp & Deliveries you must enable the Pickups button.

Once you have this option enabled, you will be able to check in the Notifications tab inside Customers, how up to 9 free templates appear to be able to communicate with your clients directly and efficiently (by email or SMS)
