With our Notifications, you can keep your customers informed at all times about your PickUp & Deliveries plans. Thanks to the simplicity and efficiency of this system, you will be able to send all the necessary information to monitor the plan in full and in real-time.

How to communicate with your customers in a PickUp & Deliveries service

First, you need to enable this feature. To do so, go to the Project Settings section. Once there, select the General option. Under Features, enable PickUp & Deliveries.

Once you have this option enabled, you will be able to check in the Notifications tab inside Customers, how up to 9 free templates appear to be able to communicate with your clients directly and efficiently (by email, SMS or Whatsapp).
