Routal allows you to configure customers fields according to your needs. Thanks to this functionality, you will be able to choose what information you want your drivers to see form the Drivers App when they complete their routes.
1.How to create custom fields in the Drivers App
Go to the Project Settings section
Go to Custom Fields
Click on Create custom field
Define the Category (in this case Stops), name, identifier and field type.
Click on Create field to finish
2.How to enable them to be visible in the Drivers App
The first thing to do is to enable this field in Planner. Only in this way you will be able to load the information you need for each stop.
To do this you will need to go to Project Settings > Planner Fields > Clients.
Finally, so that they can be seen by your drivers, you must add them in Drivers. To do this, follow these steps:
Go to the Drivers section
Go to Stop Information (inside App)
Click on Add fields
Add the fields you want and click on Save.
