Step by step to create plans through zones or polygons:

  1. Step by step to create routes using zones or polygons:

    1. Add your vehicles when creating a new plan.

    2. Create your stops. Either from scratch or from the Excel file that we have already prepared.

    3. Select the polygon icon (or rectangle) in the lower right corner, which will allow us to generate a geometric shape on the map and select the stops that we want to be inside.

    4. At this moment, the stops that are inside will be selected.

    5. A drop-down menu will appear in the upper right corner of the map. By clicking on it, we will be able to assign a driver. Select the driver you want to assign and click on Assign Stops.

    6. Now that the stops are already assigned to the vehicle, you only have to right click on the vehicle we want to optimize and click on reoptimize route. In this way, the routes will be arranged in an orderly fashion. If we need to, we can also edit them in order to make the changes we need.

In the case that we would like to optimize the other stops but we do not want these two routes to suffer any type of change, by right clicking we also have the option to lock a particular route.
