With Routal you can create a multitude of custom fields, all of them adapted to your operation.
If in your operation you need to certify a payment at the time of delivery or have multiple options for canceling a stop, you can create a custom field for each of these needs.
To do this, you will have to follow 2 simple steps: create the custom field "Stop completed" or "Stop cancelled" (1) and add it where appropriate (2) so that it is visible to your drivers.
1.How to create custom fields
Enter Planner and go to Project Settings
Once inside click on Custom Fields
Click on Create custom field, define its Category, and enter the necessary information: label (name), identifier and type (text, numeric, check or multiple options).
Click on Create field.
2.How to make the fields visible to your drivers
Once you have created your custom fields, the last step that you need to do is add them inside Drivers. Only this way, your drivers will see them when they are about to complete/cancel a stop.
Within the Planner, go to the Drivers section
Click on Proof of delivery
Choose between Stop completed or Stop cancelled (depending on the field you have created)
Click on Add fields
Select the field and click on Save
