In the course of the operation, it is possible that the report of a stop that has been completed is not received. In this case, the exact location where the stop could have been completed would not appear.

Why does this happen?

This is because the driver is not sharing their location and therefore the location of each stop report is not received.

Therefore, to solve it, you simply have to notify your driver to activate their location.

Make location mandatory

If you prefer the driver to be required to activate mobile location, you can do so from Drivers > Settings > Make location mandatory.

This way, you will be able to see the driver's location at all times (as long as they has the webapp open on his mobile) and you can see the exact location of each stop report.
