How to set up the Customers App

Learn how the Customers App works, what it is for and how to configure it.

The App section is available for Standard or North Star licenses and allows you to view and configure what your customers will see when they access the tracking link.

You will be able to access and make changes from Customers > App.

What can you do within Routal when accessing the Customers App?

  1. Configure the interface and enable or disable the fields you want to show to your customers.

  2. Navigate between different stops statuses to preview how the screen will look at different times.

  3. Select between PC or mobile to see the changes made reflected on both devices.
