Supervisors is a customized management tool available to customers with a Standard or North Star license. With this functionality, you will be able to group and assign stops to certain users and create customized accesses from where you will be able to monitor the status of those stops and see all the information you consider necessary.
How it works
1.Create supervisors
The first thing to do is to create Supervisors. To do so, you will have to access through Project Settings > Supervisors > Add Supervisor (top right corner).
You will have to define an Email, ID, Name, Company and Phone.
2.Manage fields
Once created, you will have to enable the fields that your supervisors will be able to see. To do this you will have to double-click on the supervisor and Manage fields from the right panel.
3.Assign stops
You can perform this action in different ways:
Using an Excel file: You must add a column of supervisors and add the Identifier that you have previously defined. Then you must map the column you have created with Supervisors in Planner.
By clicking on the 3 dots to the right of the name and selecting Link to supervisor from the drop-down list.
From the right pannel: Double click to open the right pane and click Select Supervisor.
Link multiple stops at once: Select the stops you want, then click on Actions and choose Link to supervisor.
Once these stops have been assigned, the supervisor will be able to see all the relevant information that you have chosen through their exclusive login: stop status, delivery schedules, proofs of delivery, etc.
Each supervisor will only see the stops that have been assigned to them from Planner.
