The real stop duration will allow your drivers to record from the Drivers webapp the exact time spent at each stop. This way, you will be able to get accurate data and compare it vs. the planned duration.

Its activated from Planner. You will need to follow the steps below:

Once this functionality is activated, the driver will record the actual times of each stop from the webapp. For the recording, the counter will start when the driver clicks on "Start stop" and will end when, after fill in the fields, he/she marks the stop as Completed or Cancelled.

This information will be recorded at each stop, and can be accessed from the right-panel of each stop and also as a column in the Stops table. In this way, we will be able to have a much more accurate data of the duration, being able to adjust our planning by identifying improvement areas.

Important: This functionality is only available for Standard or North Star licences.
