With a Standard or North Star licence, Routal also allows you to create stops from the Drivers webapp. This way, if authorised, your drivers will be able to add missing stops to their routes, whether they have started the route or not.

Procedure

1) Give them permissions

You will need to ensure that your drivers have the appropriate permits. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Drivers from Planner

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Check Reorder and reoptimize routes and Create and Modify Stops checkbox.

Having given them permissions, your drivers will now be able to create stops. To do this, within their route in the webapp, they must follow the steps detailed below:

2) How to create stops from the Drivers App.

1. Click on the magnifying glass icon (top right) and type in the address of the stop you want to add.

2. When you type you will see current stops that match your search and then the stops to add. Click on the "+" button.
Repeat this process for all the stops you want to add and click Next to continue.

3. In the last step, you can edit each stop by clicking on it and then click on Add to end or Reoptimize. If you add them to the end, you will only add these stops to the end of your route. If you re-optimize, a new route will be generated taking into account all your stops.
