What is a Plan?
A plan is a set of stops to be made, such as deliveries, collections, or visits in a given time interval. These stops must be assigned to a plan.
Create a new plan
On the plans page, you will see a calendar showing the plans created for each day. Once you have selected the date on which you want to create your plan, click on 'Create a new plan' (or double-click on the day). Then, add your drivers, verify the information and click 'Create new plan' to access the plan.
Once inside the plan, on the right hand side, you will see a list of the vehicles you have added and underneath a box where you can add your stops.
Vehicles
A vehicle is the entity that will carry out the stops in a certain order. Although you have already added them, you can add or remove the ones you want.
Create stops
A stop refers to the final stage of the process. It is the specific geographical point where the action to be performed is carried out, such as a delivery or pickup, services or personnel transport, among others.
At this point you will have several options for the creation of stops. You can create your stop from scratch, indicating the name of the stop and exact location. You can also create your stop from your customer portfolio, indicating in the search engine the name of your customers. In addition, you can also upload your own Excel file with the file of your stops (you will find our stops template already created).
Vehicles and stops can be edited by double clicking on them. Also, if you prefer, you can select several vehicles at once and make changes that apply to the entire selection.
Generate your routes
Once you have created a plan, with the vehicles and stops required, click on Create routes. In just a few seconds, the route will be optimized and you will be able to see your itinerary on the efficiently generated map.
Finally, remember to share the routes with your drivers so that they can complete the stops assigned to them.
