With our email platform, you can keep your customers informed at any time. Thanks to the simplicity and efficiency of the system, you will be able to send all the necessary information to monitor the plan in full and real time.

How to configure the mailing platform?

In the Customers tab, you will see the Notifications and Customers App options.

Within Notifications and once you click on Emails, you will see 5 free editable templates of communication models that you can maintain with your customers:

  • Stop created: Notifies your customer when you have created the stop in Planner.

  • Route started: Notifies your customer when the driver starts his route.

  • Driver is close to delivery/pickup: Notifies your customer when the driver has two stops to go.

  • Stop/Pickup cancelled: Notifies your customer when the driver marks the stop/pickup as cancelled.

  • Stop/Pickup completed: Notifies your customer when the driver marks the stop/pickup as completed.

There, you will be able to configure the templates as you wish, since the content is customizable.

You will be able to include in the emails data such as (label, external ID, comments, etc.) by clicking on this symbol that will appear when you hover the cursor over the message.

Once you have configured it, you must confirm the changes by clicking on Save.

To start sending emails, you must click on Enable email.
