In Routal you can send the planning link to your drivers in several ways: by driver login, Whatsapp, email or by copying the link.
We recommend you to use by default the driver login, since you will avoid having to send your routes daily and your drivers will have a personal access, where they will be able to see their completed and scheduled routes. For this, you only need to have added your driver's phone number from Drivers > Vehicles and share with your drivers the following link: https://drivers.routal.com/

Instead, if you decide to do it manually, you can click on the 3 dots on the top right and select Send to drivers from the drop-down list.
Here you can send the routes via Whatsapp or email (you can learn step-by-step how to do it here), or copy the route link and send it to the driver by any channel.
