In Routal you can know in detail all aspects of your planning, including the opinion of your customers regarding their completed deliveries. Find out in detail how your customers' delivery rating works.

How customer feedback on deliveries works

Your customers have the possibility to rate each of their deliveries. It is important for you to know that this rating is optional and, therefore, you can enable or disable this option whenever you want. Also, keep in mind that the ratings are per project and, therefore, for each project you have in Planner, you can have different ratings.

If you decide to enable the delivery rating, when your customers receive their product or service, they will be sent an email with a link to the delivery rating. Through this link, the question "How do you rate the delivery service?" will appear with a star rating (1 star terrible to 5 stars, fantastic).

Then, they will also be able to highlight certain aspects of the delivery depending on the previous rating. For example, if the delivery was very bad, some aspects will be rated, and if it was fantastic, others will be rated. Your customer can select one of the comments.

Finally, a last screen will appear where he can add comments.

Now simply click on Send and the delivery rating will be generated successfully.

Ratings visualization

The ratings can be viewed in Planner, in the planning, on the Stops page, you can display as a field the rating of your clients. To display the rating field, click on the column icon and select Global rating.
