If you have a Standard or North Star licence, Routal allows your drivers to reoptimize from Drivers. Thus, if they have deviated from the route for any reason, they will be able to reoptimize their route taking into account the current location. To do this, you should follow the following steps:
1. Give permissions through Planner
For your drivers to be able to reoptimize from Drivers app, you must give them permissions:
From Planner go to Drivers
Click on Settings
Activate Reorder and reoptimize routes.
2. Reoptimize from Drivers
Once they have permissions, the steps to reoptimize will be the following ones:
Click on the menu button
Select Reorder route
Press Reoptimize route and OK to confirm.
