The Export Route feature is designed for drivers who need to share details of their work with supervisors, coordinators, or administrative teams — or simply keep a document for their own records.

With this option, you can generate a professional PDF document that serves as evidence of the work completed during your shift.

What does the PDF include?

When you select Export Route, a PDF document is automatically generated containing:

  • General route information (Name, date, distance, progress)

  • A detailed table with all stops and their addresses

  • Report time for each stop

  • Delivery status for each stop (completed, pending, canceled)

It’s a quick and simple way to have all your route information consolidated into a single file.

How to generate the document

You can export the route at any time, whether you’ve just started it or already completed it.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the route you want to export.

  2. Tap the three dots (⋮).

  3. Select “Export Route” from the dropdown menu.

The PDF document will be generated automatically with all the necessary route information.

💡 Tip: If you need to send the document by email or messaging app, you can share it directly from your device once the PDF has been generated.

Simple as that — in just a few seconds, your route will be documented, organized, and ready to share.
