A delivery attempt is an individual record that documents an unsuccessful visit to a stop.

With this feature, stops that need to be completed later on the same route are not canceled. Instead, they remain pending for future attempts.

This provides greater flexibility for drivers and more visibility for planners, as each attempt is fully documented with all relevant information (time, location, images, reason), while keeping the stop in Pending status until it is successfully completed.

How to Enable Delivery Attempts

  1. Go to Planner

  2. Navigate to Drivers > Settings

  3. Enable Stop Attempts

How to Record a Delivery Attempt (Driver)

When a driver is unable to complete a delivery, the process is very simple:

  1. Open the stop and tap Cancel.

  2. Fill in the required information.

  3. The app will then ask whether you want to:

    Cancel permanently, or

    Try again later

  4. Select Try again later to log the attempt without canceling the stop.

What Happens Next?

  • The stop remains in Pending status.

  • The attempt is recorded with all its details and is visible in Planner.

  • The stop is moved to the end of the route so the driver can try again later.
