Emails to your customers have no cost and no sending limit. SMS and WhatsApp messages do: each one is deducted from your balance.
Where to see your balance
In Project settings → Communication → Automated messages, at the top right, next to New message.
How much each message costs
Click the ? icon next to the balance to see your project's rates. In Spain, for example:

Each message is charged at the rate of the country it is sent to. A long SMS can take more than one message: the editor shows the character count and how many SMS it will use.
How to top up
Click + next to the balance or message us through the support chat and we will top it up.
WhatsApp uses approved templates set up by Routal. To turn it on, message us through the chat.
