What is it?
Address validation allows your customers to confirm or correct their delivery address.
When the system detects an address that may be incorrect or inaccurate, an automatic message is sent via SMS or WhatsApp so the customer can review and update the information.
Once corrected, the validated address is automatically updated in Planner, avoiding geolocation errors and improving the efficiency of your deliveries or services.
How it works
When uploading a file, the system detects addresses with a warning or error (marked in yellow or red).
As stops are created, an automatic message is sent to the customer with a link to validate their address.
The customer confirms or corrects the information.
Planner updates the validated address in real time.
How to use it
Enable SMS or WhatsApp messaging and make sure there is available credit.
Include the customer’s phone number when uploading the stop.
The customer’s address must show a warning or error during the upload for the message to be sent.
