With a Standard or North Star license, Routal allows you to proactively open the tracking link associated to each stop. These links can be shared with your customers or whoever you need so that they can track and follow the progress of a given stop in real time.
If you prefer to automate this process, you can set up email and/or SMS notifications, where you can add the link automatically.
How to generate the link
Access the plan of your choice and select the stop you want.
Click on the 3 dots to the right of the name of your stop and select Open in Customers from the drop-down list.
Copy and share the link through your preferred communication channel.
Real-time tracking: Once you or your customers access the link, you will be able to track the stop and see information on the status of the delivery or service at any time.
