If you no longer want to use Routal Drivers, you can delete your account directly from the app, in a few taps. No need to contact support.
Before you start: this cannot be undone
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Everything linked to the account is erased, including:
Your login credentials (phone number, Google or Apple sign-in) and your email address
Your username and company name
All your routes, past and planned
All your stops and their details
Your route settings, vehicle settings and app preferences
Your activity history and stats (kilometres, stops completed, CO2)
None of this can be recovered, by you or by our team. If you sign up again later, you start from scratch with an empty account.
Step 1: Open Settings
From the Home screen, tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
Step 2: Go to My account
In the settings menu, tap My account. This is where your profile, your company and your account options live.
Step 3: Tap Delete account
Scroll to the Delete account section at the bottom of the screen and tap the red Delete account button.
Step 4: Confirm the deletion
A confirmation screen appears. Tap Confirm account deletion to erase the account for good. If you have changed your mind, tap the X in the top left corner instead — nothing is deleted until you confirm.
Step 5: You are signed out
Once the account is deleted you are sent back to the login screen. Your data is already gone at this point, and signing in with the same phone number, Google or Apple account will create a brand-new, empty account.
Changed your mind?
If you only want to stop using the app for a while, you do not need to delete anything: just log out from the settings menu. Your routes and stops stay as they are, and you can come back whenever you want.
