Connect Routal to Claude

Ask Claude about your routes, stops and drivers, and ask it for changes, from the chat you already use.

Written by Joao Lucio

Routal is in Claude's connector directory. If your team already works with Claude, connect it to your Routal account and ask about your operation: which routes are running late, what is still unassigned this morning, how a driver's day looks. Claude reads your Routal data to answer and creates or updates stops when you ask.

How to set it up

  1. In Planner, go to Connectors and open Claude MCP.

  2. Click Open. It takes you to Routal in Claude's connector directory.

  3. Add the connector to your Claude account.

  4. When Claude asks, sign in with your Routal account and approve the access.

  5. Ask Claude something about your routes to check it works.

You connect it inside Claude, not in Planner. There is nothing to install and no keys to manage.

What you can ask

  • "How many stops are unassigned tomorrow?"

  • "Move everything still unassigned in the north zone to Marta's route."

  • "Push the time window of this customer's stops back one hour."

Permissions

Claude acts as you: with the same permissions you have in Planner and on the same projects. If your user cannot do something in Planner, Claude cannot either.
