The Routal assistant is a chat inside Planner. Ask what you need to know about your operation and it answers with your data. It can also create and change things for you, always asking you to confirm first.
How to open it
Click the sparkle icon (AI assistant) at the bottom of the sidebar. A side panel opens without leaving the screen you are on.
What you can ask
For example:
What plans do I have today?
Summarize yesterday's routes and their incidents.
How many stops are still unassigned?
It can look up your plans, stops, routes and analytics.
Changes to your data
If you ask for something that changes your data, the assistant first shows you what it is going to do and waits for you to confirm. Always check that summary before accepting.

It is an AI assistant, not a person on our team. It can make mistakes, so check anything important.
