Fleet: your vehicles' performance

See how each vehicle performed in any period, without exporting or merging data by hand.

Written by Joao Lucio

In Fleet you see at a glance which vehicles performed well and which had problems. The data comes from the routes your drivers already run: there is nothing to set up.

Choose the period

At the top right, open the period selector: Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or a Custom range. Everything on the screen is recalculated for that period.

The summary

  • Total stops: split into completed, canceled, incomplete and pending.

  • Total km and Route time: compared with what was planned.

  • Total cost: if your vehicles have a price per time or per distance.

  • Customer rating: if you use the satisfaction survey.

Below it you see how many vehicles had at least one route in the period, out of your whole fleet.

The vehicles table

Each row is a vehicle. Choose which columns to show, such as routes, stops, % completed, on time, stops per hour, distance, time, weight and volume carried, cost per stop and cost per km. Use Search vehicle to find one. Vehicles with no routes in the period still appear, with a dash in the metrics.

Vehicle details

Click a vehicle to open its page:

  • Its details and constraints (working hours, zones, capacity, fuel, prices).

  • The Diagnosis for the period: punctuality, completion rate, cancellation rate, stops per hour, total cost and distance, compared with the previous period and with your fleet's median.

  • The list of routes in the period.

If a vehicle has too few stops in the period, you will see "Not enough data" until there is enough activity to assess it.

To see every metric

  • Cost: set the Price per time and/or Price per distance on each vehicle.

  • Real distance and punctuality: drivers must use the app during the route so the track is recorded.

  • Customer rating: turn on the post-delivery survey.
