Creating a New User

To create a new user, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Project Settings within Planner

  2. Open Project Users

  3. Click Create User

  4. Fill in the user’s first name, last name, email address, and roles

  5. Click Create to finish

What happens next?

The user will receive an invitation email at the address you provided.

By accessing the link in the email, they will be prompted to set a password. Once the password is created, they will be able to log in to Routal using their email and the password they defined.
